About us

Gebrüder Hauswirth Schreinerei GmbH was founded in 1999 by the brothers Hanspeter and Arnold Hauswirth. What began as a two-man operation quickly developed into a successful carpentry business. Soon, the first employees were hired and the company continued to grow steadily.

In 2021, our co-founder Hanspeter Hauswirth passed away unexpectedly. His dedication, his passion for the carpentry trade, and his values continue to shape our company to this day.

Generational Transition 2026
As of January 1, 2026, Kilian Hauswirth has taken over the full management of the company as well as the company shares of his father, Arnold Hauswirth. With this step, the family business is successfully being led into the next generation — an important milestone that ensures continuity and long-term stability. Arnold Hauswirth will remain with the company as an employee and will continue to contribute his many years of experience and extensive expertise to the business.

Our Team & Apprenticeship

Today, Gebrüder Hauswirth Schreinerei GmbH has 11 employees in full- and part-time positions. 
Training apprentices is a key priority in our company: seven apprentices have already successfully completed their training with us, and two more are currently in training.
